Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently Specify uses icons from Specify 6 when a thumbnail is not available for attachments. In the worst case, some Specify 6 icons may potentially have rights issues (see the MS Word icon from Office 2011 for Mac (https://github.com/specify/specify6/blob/master/src/edu/ku/brc/specify/images/msword64x64.png)), and best case are low resolution raster images that do not communicate to the user what filetype they use (see that https://github.com/specify/specify6/blob/master/src/edu/ku/brc/specify/images/binary.png is used in almost any case with a missing image)
