Safety check the SR2025 robots

We need to inspect all the robots to ensure they are safe.

The inspectors will want a list of the teams' first matches so they can visit them in order.

Required actions:

• Prepare the inspection checklist (including how to assert each point)
• Inspect the robots
• Record the results of the inspection
• Re-inspect robots that failed

Safety checks are done at helpdesk on arrival. Regs checks are done by people wandering around the venue.
