  1. investigate generation edge case when # focused peers == # total peers in source fixtures

cryptix: fixtures generated with messages:9001 and authors:2 takes ages while authors:20 is pretty much instant

  1. if puppet count == 2, and one of the puppets is either blocked or just not following the other: handle that case during generation
