[Feature] Add Vectors To DB for Identifying performers

there was some discussion of adding face vectors directly into stash-box this would be a great QOL feature and could open up options for Identifying performers in a similar way to how we Identify scenes

Describe the solution you'd like

• automatic ingestion of photos added to performers to be processed into vectors or a more distributed process where users can submit vectors like we submit fingerprints for scenes
• api functions to query vectors to get a list of likely matches

Describe alternatives you've considered

visage currently is the solution for this but is limited in its dataset and developer support.
