Synchronize browser bookmarks/favorites across devices

As a user,
I'd like to have my browser bookmarks sync between the mobile and desktop clients
along with any other mobile clients.

Mobile > Mobile
Mobile > Desktop
Desktop > Mobile
Desktop > Desktop

Requirements

This should be end-to-end encrypted, and you should be able to sync atleast 50 bookmarks across devices.

Implementation note

A new protobuf will be required, but the syncing mechanism is already there
