Add loading screen/state in the process of handling universal links

Feature Issue

As a user, when I somehow open a universal link (https://status.app/ link), the app jumps to the destination page, but the page looks empty when it is not fully loaded
I'd like to have a loading indicator/screen/state for this situation.
