the source image filename...

a.i.-artificial-intelligience-2001.png

becomes...

a.i.artificial-intelligience-2001-cropped-w899h321-x28y142.png

notice the missing '-' after 'a.i.'.

after a recrop we have another cropped file...

a.i.artificial-intelligience-2001-cropped-w2304h823-x288y489.png

...and the cropped files pile up.
