Test performance of new reaping solution #4869

After implementing the reaping solution we should run two horizon instances with 1 year and 1 month retention respectively. We should compare performance of ingestion between the horizon instances against our full history horizon node to ensure that there is no performance degradation. We should also run a horizon instance with the legacy reaping solution with 1 year retention to see that there is an improvement in the new reaping solution.
