0.1.0 Release

Goals for next minor release (i.e. 0.1.0) are to fix #21, #14, #8.

To accomplish this, will need to get:

• Logical device support working in node-sonos (Logical Device support bencevans/node-sonos#43)
  • Including group volume controls
  • Needs review/release
  • Merge Logical Device support #82
• Decoupling of nicercast/nodetunes services to be separately managed
  • Will let us hold on to nicercast streams even when there is briefly no corresponding nodetunes stream (for Extended Pause forces reconnect #20)
  • Support for changing out nicercast streams (Add support for changing streams dynamically nicercast#5)
