Can this be modified to basically soft-reboot WinPE?
Background: I am customizing WinPE as a bundle of tech tools like HBCD but modern and personally licensed software. I am writing wrappers to handle the session setup, program management, user management and I'm also working towards persistence.
In WinPE there are however certain issues when it comes to driver services. Certain components/drivers need to be available at system init in order to function, and thus a reboot is necessary.
So I was wondering if it were possible to soft-reboot into the nt kernel to a point where modifications on the ramdisk remain intact?
