I have heard a request to make club admin panels accessible to C&P admins for manual interventions — this would require changing the conditions on the frontend for admin panel display + row-level security policies to allow ADMIN accounts to read/write all such records

(this may be implemented/activated in a separate context via admin panel to avoid accidental usage during normal club operations by an ADMIN users)
