Add an info icon in the controls section to link to the documentation.

We have documentation for the application and its usage, but there's no way to visualize it directly from the application. It would be nice to have a link to the documentation on the annotation screen.

We can use the info icon from Material UI to open the documentation in a new tab.

Note: Since we are using localization, the documentation text should be placed here.
