I have experimental data, randomized treatment, multiple possible covariates and outcome.
I fit a caustalTree analsyis, and then the optimal (pruned) tree only has 1 terminal node with only 1 treatment effect estimate.

Is this evidence for an homogenous treatment effect or lack of heterogeneity?
