csv files are all currently locked
AzureBlobs failed to get contents from 'https://covid19publicdata.blob.core.windows.net/rki/covid19-germany-federalstates.csv'. Status code: 409, description: 'Public access is not permitted on this storage account.'.

Please correct asap
