Add note_activity() method

It should do all needed bookkeeping and and send swindon.activity(swindon-rs/swindon#50) callbacks not too often and still keep user online as long as note_activity() is regularly called.

Also, we could add or at least document default handler for window activation, click, touch, and maybe mousemove events.
