The current way of starting the server with different options is to go into SL4A and pick one of three scripts, yuck.

Instead make web page, available to the owner, for setting the server options: public mode, do the python notebook or not, what files to serve.

What port to run on, hmm. How do you set this before you have started the server? So, there may be a separate SL4A dialog for some server settings. Hmm, hate to have them in two places (or three, see below). Maybe some settings are in both places. Hmm.

Maybe most of the settings are in the per-user settings, or even do the dreaded user - role - ability type settings. But still, server port, hmm.

This page could also have restart, stop, self-update buttons.
