in a lot of file managers there the concept of flat view as described in: https://www.xyplorer.com/release_10.60.php
essentially it allows you to view the contents of all subfolders of a folder in one list.
this is a temporary view (meaning it doesn't the actual file/folder locations) but it allows you to perform actions as if it's one folder.
For example you have the following structure for your plex:
and by flattening out the view you can see:
