Windows Defender alert for 1.40 release zip

Windows Defender is blocking 1.40 binaries for Windows AMD. This does not happen with the previous release (1.30)

This could be a serious problem for corporate usage.

Suggested action: Please check the next release binaries before publishing (ask me in case of doubt). If this was just a random false positive we ignore it.
