[FR] Add ability to lock the zoom

In excalidraw, when the pen mode is enabled, the zoom level is locked, preventing accidental zooming in or out while moving the canvas. In tldraw, accidental zoom often happens to me, making my note-taking experience less pleasant. This is the feature I would like to see the most in this amazing plugin.
