Google docs sync scroll not working

Hi, I installed the package following these steps:
Step 1 – Download the Extension: ...
Step 2 – Extract the Contents: ...
Step 3 – Open Chrome Extension Page: ...
Step 4 – Activate Developer Mode: ...
Step 5 – Load Unpacked Extension: ...
Step 6 – Choose Extension Folder: ...
Step 7 – Confirm and Install:
then I pinned the extension
then on two different google docs windows I clicked on the sync-scroll icon, switching it on but they do not scroll together.
