Make scaling consistent with rotation behavior in terms of setting nodes as labeled

Right now, when we rotate (Alt + scroll), red nodes don't get toggled to green (marked as labeled), but when we scale (dragging the bounding box handles), every node gets marked as green.

Fixed in #2049.

Long awaited, but finally integrated. This issue has been fixed in the SLEAP 1.4.1 release!
