[Suggestion] Add a new section that covers coding programs/bootcamps specific to Women

There are several women-specific coding bootcamps/ mentorship programs, such as:

• 1 million women to tech
• Learn IT girl
• TalentSprint WIE, etc.

Adding them to the repo in a separate section would be quite helpful to everyone.
