status of this proposal

i just discovered this (thanks to @pmhsfelix' https://pfelix.wordpress.com/2016/10/10/health-check-apis-500-status-codes-and-media-types/) and i think it's interesting. i have been working on https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-wilde-service-link-rel, recently adding a "status" link relation. and i think both the link relation and some media type might be another interesting building block for a avoiding reinventing the wheel. maybe you're interested in joining forces?

For sure, I think the link relation and media type would work well together. Let me read through your spec more closely.

thanks for the quick feedback. not much to read on my end so far, as
this was more generally about documentation-related links and the status
link relation was only added recently. but great to hear you're interested!
