[BUG] - Incomplete Border Radius in Notification Bar

Describe the bug

The upper corners of the notification bar display a square border radius, while the lower corners have a round border radius. this inconsistency results in an incomplete and visually unpleasing appearance of the notification bar. the border radius should be consistent on all corners to achieve the design.

Actual behavior

Currently, the upper corners of the notification bar have a square border radius, while the lower corners have a round border radius. This results in a visual inconsistency where the top part of the notification bar appears square, and the bottom part appears round.

Expected behavior

The notification bar should have a consistent border radius on all corners, with all corners either being square or round, in line with the intended design. This will provide a visually polished appearance for the notification bar.
