Steps to reproduce

"I am facing an issue with my channel monetization. Despite having 8800 members and high engagement, I am not receiving any advertisements or monetization options."

1. Open Telegram app
   2. Go to my channel with 8800 members
   3. Post content regularly and receive engagement (1500 interactions per post)
   4. No advertisements or monetization options appear

Expected behaviour

I expect to receive monetization options or advertisements for my channel."

Actual behaviour

"No monetization options or advertisements are appearing for my channel."

 I am the channel owner of [your channel name], which currently has 8800 members.  My channel gets 1500 reactions per post, but I don't get any ads or money from Telegram.  Please help me to know if there is any technical problem or there is any special process that I have to follow to activate the ad system.
