We currently have to do this nonsense when initializing the replica set in our development environment:

services:
  docker compose up --no-recreate -d
  sleep 5
  docker exec mongodb mongosh --quiet --eval 'rs.initiate()' > /dev/null 2>&1 || true

Can we make it so we execute the command during the compose up process?
