After I change the provider to Microsoft, I got this:

HTTPError: 401 Client Error: Access Denied for url: https://api.cognitive.microsoft.com/sts/v1.0/issueToken

I am also getting this. Is this a recent change?

In my case, it turned out to be because my secret_access_key was changed.
