When staticman build, I wanna use produciton environment like the following.

$ RAILS_ENV=production bundle exec rake staticman:build

Because, I wanna use site host and javascript assets hash published with production env.
But, developer use staticman with development env.

So, I'd like to publish production assets and use development database.
