"No driver installation necessary." => "Tessel is installed." #145

The "No driver installation necessary." text has caused a lot of confusion for a no-op statement. We should rewrite it to something comforting.

Does it even need to print anything?

On Linux, we should check if the file is already there and not complain if it is.
