[logiclayer] issue with children endpoint #257

For this endpoint I am getting unexpected results trying to cut by an ID and the children of an ID:
https://api.oec.world/tesseract/data?cube=patents_i_uspto_w_cpc&Section=A,A:children&drilldowns=Section&measures=Patent+Share&parents=true&sparse=false
