Thanos, Prometheus and Golang version used: Thanos 0.11.0, Prometheus 2.16.0 (official docker images)
Object Storage Provider: S3
What happened: We upgraded to Thanos 0.11.0 in hopes of reducing memory consumption, but now the store gateway has another problem that occured twice. After a while (1-2 days running) all our Grafana dashboards stop working and the querier and store are full of errors. Restarting the store (aka deleting the pod) fixes the problem temporarily. Important: We use the experimental binary headers (--experimental.enable-index-header).
What you expected to happen: I expected the store to run longer without issues.
How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible): Absolutely no idea.
