Add Procedure Name option to log output for easier reference

In the execution log output blocks, each procedure should be prepended with a comment including the full name of the procedure as it appears on the left-side selector.

That way it’s easier to locate using solely the logs.

(I think this is a good suggestion and my intention is to make it toggle-able similar to the Show / Hide Non-Command Steps behavior)
