Add an extra settings icon beside the traffic lights to signal that the procedure allows a custom field (like path, credentials etc)

(Gather more details on this.. sounds useful, but should it open something for quick editing of those fields, or is it just an indicator that there are vars?)

I think it should open the test case and place the cursor in the first available field.
