Feature suggestion - rate limit

Hi, I'd like to suggest a feature - rate limit setting for discord. As of now, there's no possibility to use discord hook due to the rate limit.

Is there any documentation on how Discord's hooks are rate-limited?
Maybe you need to create a different webhook for different things?

This is an issue I am facing with many websites I watch. I only need to run urlwatch once a week, but since it hammers one website with 50+ requests, I quickly hit rate limits.

Spacing out the requests as described in #331 would be sufficient, at least for my use case.
