It happened to me the third time, that I accidentally deleted a note that I actually want to edit, because those buttons look the same and are too close together. To not create new design issues, I recommend enabling a confirmation, before the notes are actually permanently deleted. Similar to the pop-up that appears, when you try to delete something permanently from the directory tree.
