Release 0.12

I think the current master is ready for being released as 0.12.

Release checklist:

• Check that the tests works towards other server implementations than radicale
• Fix a git tag and push it to github
• Check the version number in setup.py (seems to already be at 0.12)
• push to pypi (should probably be pushed to test first, to ensure the correct version number will be applied. Perhaps the version number needs to be hard coded in setup.py rather than calendar_cli.py)
• push to archlinux AUR

Anything else?

Should probably have a look at #64 before releasing 0.12.

Hm, I was sort of ready to release 24 hours ago, but decided to sleep a bit on it first ... and after that I've snuck in quite a bad number of last-minute bugfixes, not good. Anyway, releasing now.
