support a private cloud for personal use while remaining privacy first as well

It might be appropriate for those who are concerning if AFFiNE will have the possibility to spy on their collaboration behaviours or data.

Isn't it already possible to host an AFFiNE Cloud, since it's all open source? Or is your cloud server currently closed source?
