It’d be great if this plug-in also worked with response (and not just request) headers.

In my particular case, I need to change the domain for all set-cookie headers, but the ability to transform any response header would be more versatile.

This feature requests should be done using 85e708c. A new version of the plugin should come soon, but there is a publishing error #39.
