Black cat is not black

Describe the bug
When selecting the "black" option for cats, the cat spawned seems to be a shade of grey. I assumed this was just how the assets are, but I actually see that there is a black cat asset that seems to match the description perfectly. I'm not sure I totally understand the redistribution restrictions but if that asset could be used for black cats I would be overjoyed.
