Enter key shortcut for "Send" when removing a post

It'd be awesome if when you're not in a custom textbox and the toolbox removal box is open to pick a removal option you could hit enter rather than click the rather small Send button.

Numerical keyboard shortcuts for selecting the checkbox on the removal reason you want would also be really helpful.

I remove probably 100+ posts a day and this would mean I could get through them considerably faster.
