stackoverflow.com-Comments.7z
stackoverflow.com-Users.7z

However, I could not find Site.xml file in Internet Archive. My torrent client is stuck at retrieving metadata information as well. Where can I find this file?

It should be https://archive.org/download/stackexchange/Sites.xml. I didn't see it immediately either since it's not a .7z file.
