When running setup for error "Found non 'row' child element: [Stax Event #1]" #5

Whenever I try to load a new site, it doesn't working and spits out this error:
Found non 'row' child element: [Stax Event #1]
Any idea what is causing it? I have all required files, including Sites.xml and all 4 .7z files.

Hey there.
I know it is a bit late, but it means that you XML file contains a non "row" element. It happened to me, and normally you simply have to remove the whole "script" element in order to make it work properly.
