When I hover my mouse over a link I want it to show the URL and I want it to show the text "Press ctrl + click to open the link".

Also it would be good if the tooltip contained a clickable Gtk.LinkButton that opened the link in the web browser.

Possible to do, but the tooltips are a little complex in the editor, so it will be low priority at the moment.
