7,6 years later last update is 2 year ago what is going on man?

6 years have passed, and there's still no documentation, only an example of creating values and printing them. Is this a joke? I'm trying to figure out even the simplest concepts by trial and error. There's no stable version even in 3.5. Is the main developer taking this project seriously? Why has there been no update for two years?
