Launching the 0.7 release on a @2x display on Windows 10 showed scaling issues. Setting the app to scale via system fixed it. Maybe the app should support DPI scaling, or not declare DPI awareness so the OS handles scaling itself.

Could you post a picture of how it looks? Is it only the default font size is too small or there are other effects? In ImRad 0.8 it's possible to change the UI font size in the settings dialog.
