Original description

In the spirit of issue 7, I propose an idea: write a sphinx extension to 
generate docs (just like the man page) for command/sub-command and insert 
into the sphinx docs.

This would be pretty cool.

In fact, pypm needs this feature .. for I don't want to violate the DRY 
principle by writing the commands' --help docs manually.
