Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Duplicate entries exist in CHANGELOG.
For example, the keyword "1.0.0-alpha.5 (" occurs 29 times.

This increases package size since npm publishes CHANGELOG and it's variants #33 (comment)

Describe the solution you'd like

Remove duplicate entries in the CHANGELOG.
The redundant data was added prior to rc releases, and was fixed in aws/aws-sdk-js-v3#691
