Current ReactUSWDS Version v 5.5.0

Describe the bug

Clicking the Yarn scripts under the Quick links section in ReadMe.md navigates to a page that is not present in the Repository.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the repository main page
  2. Scroll down to Contributing -> Quick Links
  3. Click on Yarn scripts
  4. See error

Expected behavior
Clicking the Yarn Scripts should open the contribution.md document
