Describe the bug
tflint reports this warning:

Warning: [Fixable] Legacy version constraint for provider "aws" in `required_providers` (terraform_required_providers)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run tflint in the root of this repo.

If everything is OK, tflint should return no output.
