Microbar icons not aligned at some times

Pretty frequently after 11.1 I can see that my microbar icons is not appearing correctly, it seems to be hidden below, as in the screenshot

1. Type in chat in game
   /edebug on
2. Test
   Do you still have the issue?
3. If you still have issues after edebug on, type in chat in game /estatusand upload a FULL UI screenshot showing the issue/error and the status panel.

we aren't sure how this happens currently. if anybody finds the steps to cause this please report. thank you 🌼 :)
